The present version is published in English for convenience purposes only. In case of any discrepancies between this version and the French version, the French version shall prevail.


This document, together with the additional information available on www.whatfor.com (the 'Site') constitutes the Terms of Sale (the 'ToS') in force between the user of the Site ('You' or the 'User') and Stella Luna ('Stella Luna'). It governs the contractual relationship between You and Stella Luna in relation with any purchase made on or through the Site (the 'Transaction'). At the time of verification of your order by checking the box provided for this purpose and clicking the 'CHECK OUT' button, You hereby state that You fully and unconditionally accept these ToS.Please read carefully the ToS before proceeding to any Transaction through the Site. You are bound by the version of the ToS that is in force at the time You submit an online form (the 'Form') confirming Your intent to order products on the Site (the 'Order').


Stella Luna may at any time amend the ToS, without prior notice. It is Your responsibility to regularly check the ToS to remain informed of their latest amendments.


The authoritative description of the Products is the description published on the Site at the time of the Order.

Images of the Products are provided for information purposes only and shall not be representative of the characteristics of the Products, in particular with respect to general appearance, color or any other characteristic.


Products’ price is stated Euro (€) with all taxes included. The currency is automatically assigned according to the Territory of the billing and delivery addresses.

You understand and agree that Products may be subject to customs duties, postal, tax or any other additional costs to transport, import or deliver the Products in Your country of residence or delivery. These taxes are independent from Stella Luna’s control. You agree, if applicable, to fully bear these additional costs which will appear before You check the box related to the ToS and click on the 'CHECK OUT' button.

We inform you that in case of displaying a wrong price , obviously ridiculous ( low price ) , for whatever reason ( computer bug , manual error , technical error. ) -even The order validated by ourselves will be canceled, we will inform you as soon as possible . You will then be able , if you wish to re-order the correct and exact price.


All orders are subject to stock availability of the Product(s). Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other Users until the confirmation of Your Order.

Products are available for Your personal use only and not for resale. By placing an Order on the Site, You warrant that You will use the Product for Your personal use only.

Stella Luna, in its sole discretion, reserves the right not to confirm an Order, including but not limited to where there is an assumption that the User will place an Order for resale purposes.

To place an Order on the Site, You must fill out the Form and follow the instructions of the Site and agree to the ToS, Terms of Use («ToU») and the privacy policy of the Site (the 'Privacy Policy').

When completing the form, You must specify the means of payment that will be used to complete the Transaction in response to Your Order, subject to acceptance by Stella Luna. Each Order is checked paying particular attention to the billing address, the delivery address and the credit card used.

The following means of payment are accepted by Stella Luna:

  1. Visa
  2. American Express (except for Switzerland)
  3. Master Card
  4. Paypal

We only accept credit cards of individuals (excluding company cards) residing at the billing address.

Billing information indicated in Your Order must correspond to the credit card holder. Stella Luna may contact the credit card holder directly if necessary for verification and ask him/her for additional information. Such verifications will extend the delivery time with two (2) additional business days. If this condition is not fulfilled and/ or Stella Luna fails to reach the holder of the credit card, Stella Luna reserves the right to cancel Your Order.

Your credit card will only be charged at the time of shipment of Your Order, after checking Your data and upon receipt of the authorization provided by the issuing company and upon acceptance of Your Order by Stella Luna.

Subject to the acceptance of your Order, Stella Luna will send You a confirmation of the conclusion of the Transaction to the email address that You provided when placing the Order.

The Transaction will only be concluded when Stella Luna will have confirmed its acceptance by sending You the confirmation email including a summary of the Order, the price of the Products, the date and time of the Order, the shipping fees, the taxes and custom duties and the mean of payment chosen by You.

Any Order placed on a holiday or weekend will be processed the next business day.

If You wish to cancel or modify your Order before the shipment of Your Products, You may contact Stella Luna as soon as possible at the following phone number +33 (from Monday to Tuesday / 2 pm until 5 pm) or by e-mail on contact@stellalunafashion.fr . Stella Luna will use its best endeavors to fulfill Your request. However, this request will be handled as a simple wish, which Stella Luna will handle in its sole discretion. Stella Luna cannot warrant that the Order will be canceled or modified upon Your request


You may register on the Site to obtain a User Account. Your details will only be used by Stella Luna and will not be passed to a third parties. 


Products will be delivered exclusively to the address mentioned in the Form at the time of the Order. You will be charged the shipping fees, which vary according to the type of shipment and the place of delivery of the Products. The amount of the shipping fees is indicated at the time of placement of the Order.

The amount of the delivery charges stated in Client in the 'Delivery' page.

You agree and recognize that shipment’s options vary, depending on the country where Your Order has to be delivered. Deliveries are only made by Colissimo in France and others carriers for the rest of the world. The recipient’s signature is always required.

Stella Luna undertakes to ship Your Order as soon as possible after completion of the Transaction. Stella Luna shall not be liable for late delivery, damage due to transportation or any other damage directly or indirectly related to the shipment of Products.

The products remain the property of the Seller until full payment is received by the Seller.

At the time of delivery of Products, You are responsible for immediately verifying that the packaging is intact and has not been altered in any way whatsoever. Should the packaging be damaged, You shall be responsible for taking detailed pictures of the box and of the Products, for immediately reporting the alleged damage to the carrier in charge of delivery (the 'Carrier') by expressly reserving Your rights upon delivery of the Products and for informing our Customer Service within three days.

In case of express reservation of Your rights under the conditions mentioned in the previous paragraph, with the Carrier and / or our Customer Service, an investigation will be opened with the Carrier and a reply will be sent to You within seven business days.

In the absence of such express reservation of Your rights, delivery shall be considered as accepted by You and no dispute on the packaging shall be validly brought afterwards.


A. Return request

Within fourteen (14) days from delivery, Stella Luna may accept unused Products in their original condition and proceed to a refund if the original purchase receipt and its return document (this documents are delivered with the products or you can download them on you Account) are sent with the Product.

Online Orders cannot be returned in any of Stella Luna’s boutiques without the agree of the Customer Service contactable by e mail contact@stellalunafashion.fr

Stella Luna will not accept any return of Products that appear to have been used or have been damaged.

In particular, the outsole of the shoes shall remain unmarked and in its original condition. Stella Luna reserves the right to refuse the return of the Products or to accept it by deducing the handling and repair costs, if the Products have been returned with an apparently damaged outsole.

B. Return conditions

You agree to take particular care when packing the Product to be returned. If the returned Product has been damaged due to improper packaging, Stella Luna reserves the right to refuse its return or to accept it with a partial refund only (price reduced with repair costs).

Following receipt of Your Products in return, and provided that the return conditions are met, Stella Luna shall notify You by email that the total or partial refund of your Order is being processed. A credit shall then be issued in the same form as the original payment. Depending on Your financial institution, the refund may take up to 10 (ten) working days after Stella Luna has sent you the confirmation of the return.

In this respect, it is the Customer to keep proof of this return .


Stella Luna undertakes to ensure that quality standards are continuously met in the manufacturing of all Products. Every Product is controlled before being shipped.

However, if Your Product shows any defect, please contact the Customer Service immediately, and no later than five (5) days from the date of delivery, at the following email address: contact@stellalunafashion.fr

In such case, You must indicate in Your email the alleged defect and join every supporting document (detailed photos of the Product, purchase date, number of the Order, etc.).

After considering these elements, Stella Luna reserves its right to recover the Product to conduct a physical investigation.

In case of a recognized defect, Stella Luna undertakes to either replace the defective Product to the extent of available stocks, or to fully refund the purchase price to You.

Are considered non-compliant products that match these criteria : - error in the model (eg controlled boot received shoe ... ) - error on the color (eg black commissioned received white ... ) - error on the size (eg, command 37 received 38 ... ) - mismatched size (eg a foot 37 and a foot 38 ... ) - asymmetric (eg 2 left feet ... ) - model received improper visual - overall quality sub- reserve of validation with the customer service and dispatch pictures .

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity ( L211-1 and following of the Consumer Code ) and the guarantee against hidden defects ( Article 1641 of the Civil Code ), allowing the customer to return the defective Products delivered or nonconforming. 

If delivery to the Customer a non- compliant product with the order or revealing a hidden defect , the Customer may return the said product to STELLA LUNA :

Stella Luna reserves the right to refuse to follow up on a late claim, a claim relating to a defect for which You are responsible, or which derives from the nature of the Product (certain Products might have some uneven parts and/or irregularities which are parts of the manufacturing process or correspond to the material used).


Subject to possible liability arising from a defect as defined supra, Stella Luna shall only be liable for damages resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct, whether in connection with the conclusion or performance of the Transaction or in connection with Your use of the Site.


In order to keep Your Products in good condition, it is recommended to follow a general leather care as follows:

  • keep the leather area clean and dry using a dry soft cloth;
  • always store Your Products away from light and heat;
  • protect Your leather good from rain and moisture;
  • store Your Products in the Stella Luna dust bag provided to You when You are not using them;


The size information is included with the description of each Product. Stella Luna provides the informative chart below to help You find the perfect size.

Stella Luna sells its quality Products through the Site www.whatfor.com, its stores and authorized resellers.

Stella Luna cannot warrant that the goods purchased from other sources will not be counterfeit, tampered with, second-hand or from dubious origins.

All other sites – except the one described above - containing the name 'STELLA LUNA' in the top level domain (meaning the name of the domain name) are not authorized to sell Stella Luna products and may be selling counterfeited products. Stella Luna kindly asks You to check the list of our boutiques under the section 'OUR SHOPS' of our Site, or to check the list of authorized resellers.


Stella Luna’s purpose is to provide You with comprehensive, accurate and up-to-date information on the Site. It is unfortunately not possible to warrant that a website is entirely free from human or technological errors. This Site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions, some of which may be linked to the price, availability, or information on Products. Stella Luna reserves the right to correct such errors, inaccuracies or omissions, even after an Order has been submitted, and to modify or update the information at any time without prior notice.


Stella Luna undertakes to maitain at all times the highest standards of security. Not only the Site does use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, but it is also reinforced with all of the various existing encryption processes in order to provide the most effective protection possible for all sensitive payment information. Stella Luna does not have any access to confidential information about the means of payment. Indeed, only its banking partner has access to confidential information (card number, validity date, secret code) and these pieces of information cannot be reached by any other third party.'


Any contract concluded with Stella Luna is subject to the laws of France, without application of their conflict of law rules.' Any dispute arising directly or indirectly from the conclusion, the interpretation or the performance of a contract with Stella Luna in accordance with the ToS shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of Paris, France
